MONTICELLO PLACE is a private, 10.65 acre residential neighborhood located in the northeastern corner of the City of South Euclid, Cuyahoga, Ohio and accessed from Monticello Blvd and Trebisky Roads. Established in 2002 and completed in 2003, the development contains a total of 38 single family homes. The homes are situated on individual, fee simple lots, surrounded by landscaped common open space and accessed by private, non-dedicated, streets and drives. The common areas are owned and maintained by Homeowners Association in which all lot owners are members and share equally in the cost thereof.

All property within Monticello Place is subject to the Declaration of Covenants, which has been filed with the Recorder of Cuyahoga County. The landscaped Common Areas and Facilities exist for the use and enjoyment of all of the community’s residents and were developed in accordance with plans approved by the Architectural Review Board of the City of South Euclid.
